Acelity is a global advanced wound care company utilizing best-in-class solutions that deliver superior clinical outcomes for patients. They work in close partnership with the medical community to deliver products that are designed to help speed healing around the world.
While based in San Antonio, Texas, they have a team of nearly 5,000 employees around the world and wanted a way to engage their global team and make an impact. They also wanted a creative team that could optimize their existing tools while bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the offering.
Designing Space for the Story
With extensive experience working on hundreds of strategic visual communications projects including presentations, videos, launch events, infographics, email communications, flyers, posters and employee campaigns – Acelity knew their trusted partner, Ballyhoo, would be the perfect fit to develop the quarterly communications piece.
The Pulse employee newsletter became a series focused on regional and global news across the company. Ballyhoo worked with Acelity to re-design the content over a multi-page spread. This provided the space to feature messaging from their CEO and also serve as a mini annual report outlining the major news of the company over the quarter.
Visual Variety Creates Interest
The Ballyhoo team brought a balance of infographics, photography and high-impact graphics to the employee newsletter to extend the story. The client was thrilled with the re-design and it also become one of the Ballyhoo favorites to work on each quarter!
