Connecting Patients to Healthcare
ConnectYourCare is one of the nation’s largest providers of health care savings accounts. Their approach to consumer-directed health care is rooted in creating better, more efficient connections among the people who provide benefits, the people accessing services, and the people who deliver services. It’s seamless, simple, and offers peace of mind — resulting in better adoption, higher satisfaction, and lower costs.
The ConnectYouCare marketing department was looking for a way to easily share how their FSA and HSA services worked. They wanted to reach current users, but also explain services to potential subscribers of FSA and HSA products. The team also wanted the message to mirror their services – simple and easy to use.
Watching the Story Unfold
Ballyhoo had worked with ConnectYourCare on a variety of projects for about a year. ConnectYourCare had experienced our unique approach to creativity and our dedication to customer service and quality so they knew we were a perfect fit to help them find a simple way to tell their story.
One of the biggest challenges facing ConnectYourCare was conveying the subject matter in a simple and easily understandable way. But they also wanted the story to be interesting and compelling for the audience.
Based on our experience helping clients tell complex stories simply, we determined video was the best solution. We felt an animated how-to video series was the right solution to help ConnectYourCare tell their stories across a variety of platforms.
Animating the Audience
The how-to video series we created had a unique motion graphic format to provide a simplified explanation for how FSA and HSA accounts worked. We spent nearly three months creating all aspects of the video – from developing the script, the imagery and the animation of the original “how to” video series through white labeling them for other sub-brands.
The completed how-to video series was a huge success, engaging the audience in an animated way! Not only were the videos fun, the company was able to use them on their website, social media and through digital marketing outlets to ensure they get a lot of eyes on their information.
