Dell’s Enterprise Solutions Group needed full remote conference presentation support for a three-day meeting without the expense of out-of-pocket travel costs to bring a team on-site for design support. They approached Ballyhoo about supporting their presentation design for their meeting to the CIO advisory board. Ballyhoo became an extension of Dell’s internal team.
Team Presentation Management
First, Ballyhoo designed a look, tone and feel (LTF) for the meeting that would tell the visual story Dell wanted to convey. Once approved, Ballyhoo built out PowerPoint templates that were then distributed to all content developers. With a timeline in place presentations were delivered by the client and a dedicated design team was ready to go to work.
In order to work timely and efficiently, the Ballyhoo team became familiar with the agenda, content and flow of the meeting. The team developed the show skeleton deck and built out the working show files. To deliver this seamless remote conference presentation support, the Ballyhoo team consisted of a Project Manager, Lead Designer and design support as needed.
Quality, Consistency, Support
Through our three-man support team, Ballyhoo provided quality assurance and the consistency of design that translated to a show file for each day. The result was a fully comprehensive meeting that was delivered show-ready for the client to plug and play on location.
