Engaging Client Experience
Model Solution develops products within the Laird business, making their customers’ specialized designs come to life through rapid design, tooling, prototyping, low-volume manufacturing and everything in between. The team was opening a new U.S. office and needed to create a showcase area in their welcome center. They had designed a display area for their products but needed to create an engaging client experience for their customers.
Ballyhoo had a long-standing relationship with Laird by telling their visual story through branding. Model Solution looked to Ballyhoo to create an interactive experience that would pair with the display cases and engage visitors in their brand story.
Creative Management From Start to Finish
Ballyhoo met with the Model Solution team to learn about what they wanted to accomplish. The Ballyhoo team was able to utilize their experience in graphic design, corporate events and digital media solutions to determine how to best engage visitors with the display. We knew the design needed to complement the existing materials while offering additional layers of information to draw the visitor into the story.
Ballyhoo suggested extending the existing Model Solution website to incorporate the information from the display. This would allow the information to be readily available to the users in the welcome center, and it would also be available to audiences that wouldn’t have that in-person experience. This flexibility allowed for content to regularly be updated and created an engaging client experience.
Cross-Platform Design Expands Audience
Ballyhoo incorporated a unique interactive sorting approach with a rich, colorful design that draws customers in on a visual and sensory level to learn more about Model Solution offerings while in the welcome center. The consistent branding and information across the website helped to reach a larger audience and tell the brand story.
