New Leadership New Direction
Houston-based Sterling Construction is a leading heavy civil construction company that specializes in the building and reconstruction of transportation and water infrastructure. The company employs more than 2,500 team members.
After a change of leadership at Sterling, they needed to meet with analysts to share the new direction the company was headed. The executive presentation needed to be succinct, share consistency across the brands and show investors how the company was currently performing and its future prospects.
Presenting a Unified Front
Based on Ballyhoo’s years of experience working on analyst presentations Sterling knew they were a perfect fit to create unified visuals and help the new leadership communicate to this important audience.
Sterling had several different brands and personalities that needed to be brought together to tell the same story with a bright outlook. Ballyhoo worked with the financial and communication teams at Sterling to design a look and feel that provide a unified visual foundation and cohesive message across the various brands. Additionally, Ballyhoo was able to focus the story on key information that is relative to this unique audience.
Invested in Brand Unity
In the end, Ballyhoo created an executive presentation and video with unified visuals that helped the company put their best foot forward with the investor community. The CEO noted that the presentations was “very well received” and the project lead to the Ballyhoo team creating all executive communication going forward and a complete Sterling brand refresh.
